Question Deadline 01/26/2026 at 12:00 PM CT The scope of work is to provide the following for Harris County - Precinct 2, located at 13828 Corpus Christi St., Houston, Texas 77015-3912. 1. Building A: Grayson Community Center - 5,902 sq. ft. full remodel including new exterior envelope, metal wall panel system, new roofing, interior finish upgrades, and MEP improvements. 2. Building B: Breakroom Building - 1,070.46 sq. ft. interior and exterior renovations including envelope improvements, new roofing, and finish upgrades. 3. Building C: HCSO New Building - 776 sq. ft. new single-story facility for Harris County Sheriff's Office support functions, integrated with site circulation and utilities. 4. Building D: Baldree Building - 11,502 sq. ft. remodel including new metal panel facade, roof replacement, accessibility improvements, and updated building systems. 5. Exterior Envelope & Roofing Improvements: a. Replacement of building envelope systems, including new metal wall panels, energyefficient glazing, and insulated assemblies. b. Installation of new roofing systems on all existing buildings per current code and performance standards. c. Integration of durable, low-maintenance materials coordinated with existing structure and design character.
