Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project will generally consist of a new pump station including 12' ID wetwall, duplex submersible pumps with one spare pump, valve vault, prefabricated control building, backup generator, SCADA, and other associated appurtenances. Work will include entire full buildout for pump station installation, testing, and start up etc. In addition, a new onsite divided median roadway approximately 2750 LF and a new right turn lane approximately 800 LF off Holly Shelter Road. Work will include, clearing and grubbing, grading, paving, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and striping. After the bid issue date, all communications between the County and prospective Bidders regarding this bid request shall be in writing.
