Bids are being received for the Walton County School District- Paxton School Phase 2A project. The following bid packages are available: Site Work & Building Demo, Landscape & Irrigation, Permanent Fencing, Concrete, Masonry, Light Gauge Metal Truss, Metal Roofing, Metal Framing/Drywall, Painting, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Telecom. Instructions to bidders include delivering sealed bids to the designated office, with the option to submit electronically as specified, and being aware that Walton County School District and the Construction Manager reserve the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: MBWBE firms are encouraged to prequalify. Bidders must be prequalified and cannot be on the Federal Vendors Debarred or Suspended List.
