The Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering consultants to prepare a conceptual site plan and provide a high-level Class D cost estimate for leasehold improvements required to establish a satellite transit bus parking facility. The facility is intended to accommodate up to 15 transit buses, associated circulation areas, employee parking, modular office and washroom building(s), and necessary infrastructure. The Consultant will deliver conceptual site planning, cost estimation, and site inspection/review services for the selected site. The project is to be completed by December 1, 2026, with an early-stage field inspection following contract award.
