Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leawood, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This bid includes the following Work: Improvements to the JCL Leawood courtyard will bring the area into ADA compliance through drainage modifications, removal and replacement of brick pavement, enhanced usability, and the addition of new electrical and lighting features. This scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
