Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) Question Deadline 11/27/2025 at 2:30 PM NT The work under this project includes, but not limited to the following: 1.Adding a connection point to the potable water service to allow for future installation of a manual treatment system in case of requirement for emergency water treatment. It is recommended that two new tees and three new isolation valves be installed on the domestic water take-off at the water entrance to allow for future installation of a water treatment system. With the proposed piping configuration, during regular operation the potable water service will operate in bypass mode. 2.For all the 4 hot water tanks serving the building the existing hot water circulation system is not serving all risers and branch piping. For each tank, evaluate the existing circulation system and provide recommendations if the existing can be reused/upgraded to accommodate the extension or a total replacement with a comprehensive hot water recirculation system should be provided to serve all riser and branch piping and consequently extend to the furthest hot water fixture. Each recirculation system shall include, but not limited to adequately sized circulation pump, piping, fittings, valves, controls and to provide thermal balancing valves with thermal disinfection bypass capability at the recirculation piping connection points to maintain setpoint temperature in the hot water system. All work shall be carried out in accordance with NPC, Legionella guidelines and applicable codes and standards. 3.Install Temperature sensors on each of the tanks' supply line and connect with the DDC for mentoring to ensure T range is with the acceptable values as per MD15161 and signal an alarm otherwise.
