Renovation of an industrial development in Seminole, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 91,000-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
The Seminole Economic Development Council is soliciting sealed bids for an approximate 91,000 sq. ft. roof overlay at 600 N Harvey Road. Bids must include all materials and labor to complete the project as listed in the specifications. Bidders may submit for the main bid only, the alternate only, or both. Each bid should state a proposed start date and estimated completion timeframe. All bids must be valid for 30 days after the bid opening. Bid packets must be returned signed and notarized where specified, with proof of insurance included. Envelopes should be marked "Sealed bid - South building reroof." The Council reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive formalities, and accept the lowest and/or best bid as deemed in their best interest.
