This call for tenders provides for the awarding of contracts in the form of three (3) lots: - LOT 1 - Standard administrative furniture; - LOT 2 - Metal administrative storage furniture; - LOT 3 - Soft seating furniture; Bidders may submit a price for one (1) or more lots. The Contract shall enter into force for a period of three (3) months from the date of award. The TENDERER agrees to one (1) option to renew the Contract for an additional period of three (3) months. The tenderer must submit any proposal for substitution or equivalence of goods to the PUBLIC BODY by 3 December 2025 at 4 p.m. at the latest, in accordance with the procedure set out in the tender documents. The PUBLIC BODY shall render its decision by issuing an Addendum. Only equivalencies that have been authorised by Addendum shall be considered by the PUBLIC BODY when reviewing the conformity of Bids. Any decision regarding equivalency is at the sole discretion of the PUBLIC BODY.
