North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #09-26 for Design Build Firms in support of the 2025 Bond Capital Improvement and the District's Maintenance Operation Programs. Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must demonstrate the Offeror’s ability to deliver the "best value" to North East ISD, in accordance with the selection criteria set forth. The district does not guarantee purchase quantities or dollar amounts; purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. Bidders are strongly requested to submit electronically via the e-bidding platform after registering as a supplier; instructions for using the platform are included in the Attachments Tab. Alternatively, one printed original copy with wet-ink signatures may be submitted in a sealed, clearly addressed envelope, including one USB digital version. Faxed or emailed submissions are not accepted. Detailed instructions for both electronic and hard copy submissions are provided to ensure proper delivery and compliance with requirements.
