Southeastern Oklahoma State University is soliciting bids for the Science Building Data Infrastructure 2025 project. For a bid packet, interested parties are directed to a specified URL. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., December 16, 2025. Southeastern Oklahoma State University is seeking installation of network infrastructure at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in the Science building located on the Durant Campus at 425 West University Blvd. Scope of Work: Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SE), located in Durant, Oklahoma, is seeking a complete endto-end and fully functional data infrastructure for our Science building on our main campus in Durant, Oklahoma. Network switches, phone systems, wireless access points, and end point devices are not to be considered as part of the data infrastructure. All hardware, racks, patch panels, patch cords, and supplies are to be provided, installed, and tested, to be made fully operational. Test results must be supplied for each building individually before final inspection of completion. The infrastructure must be matching CommScope / SYSTIMAX materials and equipment throughout, to maintain a uniform environment. CommScope / SYSTIMAX products must be purchased from an authorized distributor. If there is a product that needs to come from another manufacturer, it must be approved by SE technical official before installation. Each building network must meet CommScope / SYSTIMAX's installation requirements and receive the warranty by CommScope / SYSTIMAX. The CommScope / SYSTIMAX warranty certificate is required before final acceptance of completion on each building. Drop count, drop location, and configuration are subject to change. After a solution has been agreed upon by SE and the vendor, an addendum can be written if there are cost effects outside of the standard drop rate. Science Building o 195 total network runs (See maps attached) o Coordination of work to be scheduled with ongoing construction project. o Install twelve inch wide by four inch deep cable trays in first and second floor hallways. o Cable trays must be grounded. o Cable trays must have four splice clips at junctions
