The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency requests qualifications from design professionals to provide architectural and engineering services in support of the Agency’s new constructions and renovations, including repair/remodeling projects, paving/resurfacing, and HVAC system replacement. The purpose is to establish an open-ended agreement with an architectural firm for professional services on an as-needed basis. The work may involve new construction, roof replacements, renovation, construction repair, HVAC system replacement, generator replacement, ADA compliance, parking lot resurfacing, and window and door replacements. Services include full architectural services and all major disciplines of Civil, Structural, and MEP Engineering fields, for projects varying in size, complexity, and duration, with an estimated construction budget of up to $10,000,000. Interested professionals must submit a letter of interest, a statement of qualification using GSA Standard Form 330 for the primary firm and proposed consultants with information for similar relevant projects, and a completed Alabama Vendor Disclosure Statement. Selection will be based on experience and competence, specialized expertise, technical competence, past performance, ability to meet schedules, cost control, contract administration, proposed management techniques, and the team’s ability to visit and monitor sites across Alabama.
