The Lafayette Parish School Board (LPSB) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Construction Management firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for: Milton Elementary/Middle School Collaborative Activity Room and Westside Elementary School Classroom Additions The Lafayette Parish School Board desires to design a collaborative activity room at Milton Elementary/Middle School located aI 222 W. Milton Avenue in Milton, Louisiana. 70558 and classroom additions at Westside Elementary School located at9I2 Delhomme Avenue in Scott, LA 70583. Questions: Email: kpsam@lpssonline.com 11 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) # 25-26 Owner: Lafayette Parish School Board Project: Milton Elementary/Middle School Collaborative Activity Room and Westside Elementary School Classroom Additions Services: Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) PCM to invoice the owner monthly. Architect to review PCM invoices and make payment recommendations to the owner. The owner reserves final approval rights of PCM invoices. The owner shall make payment to the PCM not later than forty-five (45) days after the Owner's receipt of the Architect-approved PCM invoice. NOTE: PCM must invoice the Owner by the 25th of each month in order to meet the forty-five (45) day deadline. fixed fee in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) for satisfactory prosecution of the pre-construction phase services defined herein. Anticipated duration of pre-construction phase services is indicated in the Preliminary Project Schedule at Exhibit D.
