A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This Project consists primarily of, in coordination with Cape Vincent Waterfront Improvements - Bid Set B, the furnish and installation of a public promenade, seawall, and stone revetment along Cape Vincent's Waterfront. This project will also include selective demolition and removal of existing features, pile installation, and furnish and pre-installation of utilities. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "BID - Cape Vincent Waterfront Improvements - Bid Set A" and must include all required bid forms, certifications, and bonds. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
