The purpose of this project is to update the existing finishes to the NCTD, COASTER Operations Facility (COF). The project will consist of updating the existing interior office spaces. The finish improvements will consist of providing new finishes to include a refresh with carpet tile, LVT, ceiling tiles, millwork, LED lighting and electrical outlets and cover plates. See attached remodel plans in Exhibit A and Technical Specifications, Exhibit B. Also refer to attached Exhibit C for as-built drawings of Architectural and Electrical plans for existing reflected ceiling and electrical work. The building shall continue to be occupied during construction and currently serves as the existing COASTER Operations Facility (COF) for NCTD. Therefore, the construction shall require phasing and coordination of such work.
