Colorado labor means any person who is a resident of the state of Colorado at the time of the Public Works project. The project includes providing new camera systems for the existing Canteen, located at the Fremont Correctional Facility (FCF). The project consists of installing new Cameras, Video Servers, and Storage. Also included is connecting to the CDOC fiber backbone for remote viewing and playback on CDOC machines. A portion of the equipment has been purchased previously by CDOC. The previously purchased Avigilon Video equipment will be handed over to the successful contractor. All other equipment is to be provided by the successful contractor. The list of equipment previously purchased by CDOC is listed on Drawing TY00.
