Sealed Bids are requested for Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, 2020 Bond, PCCS EL-4, which consists of Gallimore Elementary Addition & Remodeling and Hoben Elementary Remodeling. Bids must be electronically submitted by the specified Due Date through Building Connected. Bids submitted after the Due Date, or by fax/email, will not be accepted or considered. The bid package consists of separate sealed Bids for specific Bid Divisions including Earthwork/Site Utilities, Asphalt Paving & Exterior Concrete, Selective Demolition, Concrete Footings & Foundations, Interior Concrete Flat Work, Masonry, Steel, Carpentry/General Trades, Roofing/Sheetmetal, Aluminum Entrances/Storefront/Glass & Glazing, Metal Stud/Drywall, Hard Tile, Acoustical Treatments, Carpet/Resilient Tile Flooring, Painting, Toilet Partitions, Prefabricated Case Work, Window Treatments, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fencing. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected; late, faxed or emailed Bids will not be accepted. All Bids must include sworn and notarized statements: Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and Criminal Background Check Affidavit. A bid security of 5% of the Bid amount (bid bond, cashier check, or certified check) is required with each Bid. Cashier’s checks must also be delivered to the designated address within 48 hours of the Due Date. If awarded, the Bidder will execute the Contract, provide required insurance and bonds within ten days of award notice and before work commences. Performance and labor/material payment bonds may be required at 100% of the Contract price. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids or waive any informalities or irregularities in bids.
