To supply and install dyed brown hardwood mulch throughout specific job site locations within the city limits. Work consists of all labor, equipment, fuel, traffic control costs, and other associated costs necessary to install the mulch in the landscape areas. The contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of all debris resulting from the mulch installation process at no additional cost. The project involves supplying and installing approximately 1300 yards of double ground dyed brown hardwood mulch in landscape beds and tree rings within City Parks, Beautification Areas, City Buildings, Downtown Streetscapes, and the Greenway. The initial term is for the 2026 budget season, during January to March 31st, with possible extension for up to three years by mutual consent with no changes in terms, conditions, or bid prices. Sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors/vendors.
