Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and enclosed in a sealed package clearly marked with "IFB 20222, 'Fire Station Improvements'." The bidder is responsible for ensuring proper submission; failure to do so, including submission in an unsealed or improperly identified package, may result in disqualification. A pre-bid conference and job walk will be held; attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Bidders are expected to investigate the work site and be fully informed as to all conditions affecting the work or cost. All requests for approved equals, specification clarifications or questions must be submitted in writing and labeled "Written Questions" by the specified deadline.
