The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct the 2025 Seattle and West Water Plant Rehabilitation. 2025 Seattle and West Water Plant Rehabilitation Seattle Water Plant -- 15601 Seattle St, Jersey Village, TX 77040 West Water Plant -- 12115 West Road, Jersey Village, TX 77065 Seattle Water Plant work includes: - Blast and recoat interior and exterior of GST No. 2 including the tank piping and fill lines - Seal weld patches on tank floor, wall, roof as needed after surface preparation - Abandon and remove existing cathodic protection, anodes, and conductor wire - Remove and replace cracked pipe along drain line - Removal and replacement of existing access roof hatch - Remove and replace existing mushroom roof vent with new gooseneck type roof vent - Blast and recoat existing booster pump station - Blast and recoat the Surface Water Metering Station West Water Plant work includes: - Blast and recoat interior GST - Blast and recoat exterior GST - Seal weld patches on tank floor, wall, roof as needed after surface preparation - Removal and replacement of existing access roof hatch - Removal and replacement of existing interior ladder - Installation of gooseneck-type roof vent - Removal of dollar plate, modify center column and install center ring - Blast and recoat interior HPT - Blast and recoat exterior of HPT, including tank piping - Blast and recoat existing booster pump station pumps and piping - Blast and recoat existing water well and piping Question Deadline 12/02/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Submit questions about bidding instruments through online portal.
