This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the VCH11150 Richmond Place Renovation Project. Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a General Contractor to perform renovation work at Richmond Place, located at 8100 Granville Avenue in Richmond, BC. This project includes replacing the existing carpet flooring with vinyl sheet or plank and installing new ceiling tiles on Level 9 of Richmond Place. The upgrades are required to meet infection control standards and improve safety and comfort in clinical and administrative areas. Work will be completed in seven phases to minimize disruption to operations while maintaining continuity of services. Documents can be obtained from https://fraserhealth.bidsandtenders.ca/ Bidders are encouraged to submit enquiries at an early date to permit consideration by the Health Organization and no later than 15:00 Pacific Time on the day that is 5 Business Days before the Closing Date.
