The Taunton Housing Authority (THA), the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide 24-hour on-call as needed Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services at its housing developments in Taunton, Massachusetts. The work consists of Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services at various State-aided (EOHLC) and Federally funded (HUD) public housing developments owned/managed and operated by the Taunton Housing Authority in Taunton, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three (3) years. Questions regarding information provided in the bid package are to be directed at Kirsten Masterson kmasterson@tauntonhousing.com or Greg Caswell gcaswell@tauntonhousing.com . General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Taunton Housing Authority. The THA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
