This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Westridge Park Construction, located at 30978 Westridge Place and 30939 Blueridge Drive, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The work should include mobilization, demobilization, safety planning, traffic control, demolition, and provision of all labour, equipment and materials required for the completion of the park construction. Construction is expected to commence in February 2026 and be completed by the end of September 2026.
