Site work for a development in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Proposals are requested from qualified firms for landscape and irrigation maintenance services. Firms must be authorized to do business in Florida, hold all required state and federal licenses in good standing, and have a minimum of five years of experience with landscape and irrigation maintenance projects. Proposals must include a proposal bond or cashier's check in the amount of $5,000, and must be submitted in both written and digital (PDF on flash drive) formats in a sealed package labeled: RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (Mirada Community Development District Landscape & Irrigation Maintenance) ENCLOSED. Proposals not meeting all specifications or missing required documents may be disqualified. Rankings will be based on evaluation criteria stated in the Project Manual, with price being one factor. The District reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price proposal and to reject any and all proposals or waive technical errors, informalities, or irregularities if deemed in its best interest.
