The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Pre-qualified Proponents from RFPQ 1070-2425-178A Construction Management Services for Various Housing Projects and have received formal notification of their qualification to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide the Deliverables This NRFP has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below. Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process.
