Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade service station / car wash facility; and one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.

The scope is to provide engineering, permitting, site work, and electrical activities to facilitate the installation of ChargePoint electric vehicle charging equipment to be operated by Memphis Light, Gas, and Water. The installation, commissioning, and activation of the ChargePoint charging equipment is not included; however, EV charging equipment foundation templates will be provided for anchor bolt and electrical conduit installation. Contractor must include all labor, material, equipment, and insurance to complete the work as outlined in the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. The contract covers two locations: Memphis-Orleans Station at 714 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103 (for four ChargePoint Express 280 dispensers, combined site power output 320kW) and Collierville at 187 Washington Street, Collierville, TN 38017 (for three ChargePoint Express Plus Power Link dispensers and four ChargePoint Express Plus Power Block rectifying cabinets, combined site power output 800kW). Pricing for both locations is mandatory for consideration. Instructions to bidders include: Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated. The appropriate license classification (CE or CE-C, or any Tennessee-approved applicable classification) and license monetary limits must meet or exceed the bid price. Local Bidding Preference or Presence may apply if all required documentation is provided. Hard copy bid submissions, along with required documents in duplicate, must be received before the stated deadline. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. All required information, including the bidder's license number, expiration date, and classification, must be completed on the bid envelope. Mandatory attendance at both site visits is required. Performance and payment bonds are required prior to contract execution. All instructions and qualification requirements as outlined in the solicitation documents must be adhered to.
