The bid must detail pricing per increment and provide descriptions of key service specifications such as protection against Distributed Denial of Services (DDoS) attacks. All products and services must meet the minimum acceptable quality standards and be of known quality from nationally recognized manufacturers, with all USF E-Rate ineligible items listed separately.
