Bids are invited for the following work: 11,220 SY - Pulverize HMAC & Cement Treat for New Subgrade; 11,220 SY - 2" HMAC Surface; 72 LF - Install Small Diameter Cross Culverts. Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file at the office of CAPCO ENGINEERING, INC., 13044 CR 192, Tyler, Texas 75703; (903) 531-9670. Copies of the Bid/Contract Documents may be obtained from the Engineer by payment of $100.00 for each set, which will not be refunded. Digital contract documents may be obtained free of charge. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety must be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Bullard or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Bullard reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Bullard for up to 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating bidder qualifications prior to awarding the contract. Question Deadline: 12/09/2025: No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder. Each request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
