Site work for a water / sewer project in Schaumburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire Portal. The project is for HVAC improvements at the Egan & Kirie Water Reclamation Plants. Compliance with the District's Affirmative Action Ordinance, the Multi-Project Labor Agreement, and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if deemed in the public's best interest. Specifications, proposal forms, and plans are obtainable from the Department of Procurement and Materials Management via download from the District's website. No fee is required for the contract documents. The estimated cost of the work under this Contract is between the following: Group A - Egan Water Reclamation $15,100,000 and 18,280,000 Group B - Kirie Water Reclamation $3,480,000 and $4,210,000 Total $18,580,000 and $22,490,000 The contact person for this Contract is Mr. Dariusz Ciucias, CiuciasD@mwrd.org.
