Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Orange, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to provide and install a bulk salt brine pumping system. The contractor shall ensure the system is capable of storing and dispensing salt brine for snow and ice control operations. Work includes installation of tanks, pumps, plumbing, and electrical connections, as well as integration with existing infrastructure to deliver a fully functional and compliant system. All work must meet applicable specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements. Estimated construction cost range is between $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 A walk-through will be held on or about one week after the posting of the solicitation. These dates are estimates. The actual dates will be stated in the solicitation.
