The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Furnish and install a cementitious or resin-based spray-applied pipe lining (SAPL) inside existing culverts in accordance with these specifications, manufacturer's recommendation, and in conformance with the lines and grades shown on the plans or established by the Engineer. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to line the designated structural steel pipes at the locations noted. The liner design thickness shall be determined by the manufacturer based on existing conditions. It is possible the Laser Inspection Survey requirement could be waived if the Contractor is able to submit alternative means to provide the required information accurately. DOTD will perform other services, including maintenance of traffic with flagging and signage, as required.
