Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Department of Transportation (RIDOT) is solicitating Design-Build Services from the SOQ25005522 Finalists for completely replacing four (4) bridges (Bridge Nos. 017201, 017301, 018301, 037201), pavement resurfacing of Route 138 from Route 108 (Kingstown Road) to Route 2 (South County Trail) by a combination of full depth reclamation and mill and overlay, replacement and new installation of curb and sidewalk, temporary and permanent utility relocation, modification and installation of traffic signals, installing new signs, reconstructing, replacing, and/or installing drainage structures and piping, and design of and executing catenary reprofiling of the Amtrak OCS under Bridge 037201.
