The project involves the complete demolition of Building 6119, which has an approximate total square footage of 2,892. Demolition will include removal of concrete slabs and foundations to a depth of three feet below the existing grade elevation. Work will also encompass sidewalks, drives, utilities, select fill, tops of structural concrete piers and pier caps, steel reinforcing, wood framing, gypsum board, masonry, transite panels, doors, frames, windows, caulking, gypsum and lay-in ceilings/grid, floors, carpet, tile, plumbing lines and fixtures, accessories, furniture, insulation, wood and metal framing, HVAC units, ducting and registers, piping, pumps, electrical panels, conduit, wiring, lighting, transformers, gas lines and meters, roofing, flashing, and other related components. The contractor shall provide all demolition services, layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, shoring, tools, fencing, and incidentals necessary to perform all operations in accordance with the attached project drawings and specifications.
