Site work and paving for a road / highway in Beachwood, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed bid proposals will be received for the Street Striping Program. Each bid must include the full names of the parties, a fully executed Non Collusion Affidavit, a proper certificate of authorization for corporations not chartered in Ohio, a certified or cashier's check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the total bid amount, evidence of general liability insurance of $1,000,000 naming the City as additional insured, and evidence of Workers' Compensation coverage. Bidders who are Minority or Women's Business Enterprises should provide a Certification Letter. A Performance Bond for the amount of the contract is required prior to contract execution. The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages submissions from Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises. The City reserves the right to consider criteria other than price, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality in the bids received.
