Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Competitive bids are requested for reroofing Comfort Stations #4 and #5 at the Sand Island State Recreation Area, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The work generally consists of roofing repairs, including but not limited to: overlay on the existing roof with coverboard, installation of Fleeceback PVC 80 mil membrane and accessories, coating of existing gutters with Hydrostop acrylic coating and installation of PVC downspouts, replacement of flashing, replacement of VTRs and covers, and any other incidental work required. The base bid is for installation of new roofs on Comfort Stations #4 and #5. Bidders are classified under C-42 or General B. The estimated cost of construction is $160,000. No apprenticeship agreement preference applies. All requests for information must be submitted through the Hawaii State e-procurement system (Hiepro). Submission of any Requests for Information shall be submitted through the Hawaii State e-Procurement (HIePRO) system by 4:00 pm on Decemberr 1, 2025
