II. DETAILED DESCRIPTION WORK SCOPE The project is located at the Village of Penn Yan Municipal Barns at 396 Elm Street. All work performed shall comply with New York State prevailing wage requirements. Work to be Completed: - Install purlins over the existing roof deck. - Install new metal rake edge, metal drip edge, and metal roofing system. Provide alternate pricing for sanding seam installation. All materials and workmanship shall meet or exceed current industry standards and manufacturer specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for site cleanup and disposal of all waste generated during the project. Minority and Womens Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to bid.
