Oxnard Union High School District ("District") is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations ("Firm(s)") for: RFQ/P 714 Architectural Services The District intends to establish a pool of qualified architects to perform construction, maintenance, repair or related architectural design services, for the Measure E program, as needed and directed by the District. All Firms that are currently or in the past have been in the District's Architectural Consultant pool must respond to this RFQ/P for consideration. Each respondent is solely responsible for the timely submission of its qualification packet; the District is not responsible for any technological issues in a respondent's ability to timely submit its qualifications or portion thereof. Firms are not to contact any District personnel directly with inquiries regarding this RFQ/P. The District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, ancestry, medical condition, disability, or gender in consideration for an award of contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all responses and/or waive any irregularities in any response, and to act as the sole judge as to the merit and qualifications presented through this RFQ/P process. Inclusion in this pool and award of a contract will be subject to the District's Board's approval. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
