Description: The project includes the following work: The work generally consists of the supply, delivery, supervision of the installation of commissioning of four aeration blowers and related equipment, start up assistance, owner training, and other work identified in the Request for Proposals (RFP) which serves as the Bidding Documents for the project. The blowers will replace existing aeration blowers at the Waseca Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) that were installed in 2009 as a major upgrade to the WWTF. The four new blowers will be high efficiency turbo blowers, 150 hp each. The aeration blower system replacement will be funded with the Clean Water Revolving Fund (CWRF) loan funds administered jointly by the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority (PFA) and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). Respondents are responsible for reviewing the Contract Packet and complying with all applicable requirements. This includes compliance with Build America, Buy America requirements.
