Question Submission Close Date: 12/2/2025 11:59 PM CST Bid Portal Base Bid Provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace existing 400' well pump with a 10hp 230V 3-phase motor capable of doing approximately 65 gpm, 400' - 2" black T/C pipe, properly sized VFD controller with surge protection and transducer, and new wire sized to accommodate proposed pump (see Appendix for location The project site is located at the corner of W. McAfee Rd. and S. Washington St. in Canyon, TX. Gate entrance at coordinates 35.0580090, -101.8515108. Owner's Representative will be Craig Bednarz at 806-420-5330. MANDATORY EXAMINATION OF SITE A mandatory site inspection is required prior to bidding. Each Contractor shall be required to visit the site and examine the condition of the site. Contractors that visited the site previously are not required to re-visit. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
