Site work for a water / sewer project in Plentywood, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the construction of phase one water system improvments project . No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the bid opening. The project generally consists of the following work: o schedule one: the work generally consists of 3,130 linear feet of new 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (pvc) water main on first avenue from first street west to jefferson street; 235 linear feet of new 8-inch pvc water main on first street west; and 230 linear feet of new 8-inch pvc water main on grant street. New fire hydrants, gate valve, and water service reconnections will also be included. The work shall be substantially completed within 90 days from the notice to proceed. schedule two: the work generally consists of 940 linear feet of new 8-inch pvc water main from hazel street to parkland street and installation of new fire hydrants and gate valves. If awarded, an additional 30 calendar days shall be added to the contract time. Construction shall be substantially complete and ready for owner's use and pre-final inspection within the cumulative 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
