Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Canton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of electrical improvements at the Blankets Creek Pump Station. Major work items include upgrading existing electrical equipment, removing the existing interior generator and installing a new exterior generator, modifying the existing electrical building and installing new HVAC equipment, providing a temporary generator to keep the pump station in service during modifications, and performing miscellaneous site work. All qualified contractors may bid. The Owner will judge qualification based on the Bidders Statement of Qualifications submitted with the bid. Bidders must possess a State of Georgia Utility Contractor License. Bids will only be accepted from those on the Plan Holders List who have purchased a set of bid documents. Each bid must include a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds, each for one hundred percent of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive informality, reject any or all bids, evaluate bids, and accept any bid deemed in the Owner's best interest.
