Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Greenville, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of February 13, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Questions shall be submitted to Underwood Engineers by 4:00 PM on December 11, 2025 Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of WWTF Improvements at the Chemical Feed Building. The project completion time is measured in calendar days from the "Notice to Proceed" with 360 days for substantial completion and 390 days for final completion. Liquidated damages apply at $1,000 per day for delays beyond each of these deadlines. Each general bid must include a bid security equal to 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and execute the contract within 10 days of notification of award. The work is funded in part by a loan from the NH Clean Water State Revolving Fund and a grant from the EPA Community Grants Program. Bidders are required to comply with Presidential Executive Orders on Equal Employment Opportunity, demonstrate compliance with EPA's MBE/WBE requirements, and adhere to Davis Bacon wage provisions as well as American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements. Bidders must not withdraw their bids within 60 days after opening. General contractors must obtain contract documents from Underwood Engineers, Inc. to qualify to bid.
