**As of January 28th, 2026, the project was awarded to Blakeborough Hardscapes, with an awarded amount of $119,556.50** The Project generally includes, but is not limited to, removal and salvage, and reconstruction of Boardwalk A on the Medicine Lake Regional Trail. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The current minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each classification of work shall be the local prevailing rate, including fringe benefits as defined in Minnesota Statute 177.41-177.44. No bid will be considered before the stated bid time. Bids must be accompanied by the electronic verified Bidder's Bond payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District
