Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the Bridgeland Peek Road Street Dedication Sec 13 Water Distribution System, Sanitary Collection System, Non-Potable Water Distribution System, Storm Drainage System, and Street Paving and Bridgeland Prairieland Village Sec 88 Water Distribution System, Sanitary Collection System, Storm Drainage System, and Street Paving. Scope of Project: 1. Approximately 1,830 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances. 2. Approximately 870 LF of 4-inch thru 8-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances. 3. Approximately 1,160 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. 4. Approximately 1,950 LF of 24-inch RCP thru 3'x3' RCB storm sewer and all appurtenances. 5. Approximately 3,830 SY of 6-inch subgrade preparation. 6. Approximately 5,880 SY of 8-inch subgrade preparation. 7. Approximately 3,580 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement. 8. Approximately 5,520 SY of 10-inch reinforced concrete pavement. 9. Approximately 840 LF of 4-inch reinforced concrete curb. 10. Approximately 4,280 LF of 6-inch reinforced concrete curb. Instructions to Bidders: A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
