Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jacksonville, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project involves providing design services for the reconstruction/rehabilitation of BIMT Berths 30-32 at the Jacksonville Port Authority. The required services include all labor, materials, and expertise for waterside engineering design, permitting, and construction services at the Blount Island Marine Terminal. The selected consultant will prepare a complete design package to support permitting, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of Berths 30, 31, and 32, with the objective of modernizing these berths to safely accommodate larger, deeper-draft vessels, higher ship-to-shore crane loads, and increased cargo loads, consistent with improvements completed for Berths 33–35. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in PDF format through E-Builder. Attendance at a pre-submission meeting is highly recommended but not required for submitting qualifications.
