Remodeling of a recreation facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,940-square-foot, two-story above grade recreation facility.

This Project shall generally include the work shown on Drawings related to the SPARK'D Studio at Phillips Community Center. The Work shall include, but is not limited to: The work includes demolition and remodeling of approximately 2,940 SF on the first floor of the existing 2 story recreation center building. The remodeling scope involves CMU wall infill, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, concrete floor cutting and replacement, new floor and ceiling finishes, lighting, painting, hollow metal frames, glazing and wood doors, sliding glass exterior door, millwork, and associated mechanical, electrical and technology modifications. Work of the Project consists of all labor, materials, articles, equipment, incidentals, items, tools, services, supplies, methods, operations, and skills in such quantities as may be necessary to complete the project within the intent of the Contract Documents. Combined MBE/WBE - 14% Remodel of existing recreation building with intention of creating a new youth lab. Work includes building construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finishes.
