Site work and new construction of a power facility in New Prague, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade power facility.
The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of the construction of a new steel building. The work includes foundations, building interiors, HVAC equipment, electrical conduits and grounding, and other related tasks. Contractors interested in submitting bids should obtain the bidding documents for individual use from online by referencing Quest project #9766686. Digital plan documents can be downloaded for a fee. An optional paper set of proposal forms and specifications is available from the office of the Engineer upon payment. Bidders should follow the instructions for acquiring and working with digital or paper plans. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The above work shall be in accordance with the specifications and proposed form of contract now on file in the offices of New Prague Utilities Commission, New Prague, Minnesota, by this reference made a part hereof, as though fully set out and incorporated herein.
