Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Madison, Arkansas. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of January 15th, 2026, bids were cancelled. No definite date for the rebid.** This project includes temporary erosion control, maintenance of traffic details, and construction of a 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk with handrail and a 4-foot depth concrete ditch in the City of Madison, St. Francis County, Arkansas. The project is divided into two separate contracts: Main and Option. Bidders are required to submit a bid for each contract, but only the Main contract may be awarded based on the bid received and available funding. The Main contract limits are between north of Courtney Cir and 5th Street. The Option contract limits are between Hadley Dr and Courtney Cir. The time of completion for the Main contract is 75 calendar days, and the overall time for both contracts is 90 calendar days. The work includes concrete walkways, sawcutting sidewalk pavement, curbs, gutters, drainage, dredging, ditches and canals, culverts, waterways, and stormwater channels. Bidders must submit bids for both contracts, but may only be awarded the Main contract. To submit a bid, interested parties must register as a plan holder and submit their bids through vBid via QuestCDN.com.
