The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the complete and satisfactory rehabilitation of existing Well No. 13. The work shall be done in conformity with the specifications and exhibits and as called for by the respective Bid Items. Pre-qualification: Required. The Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits, certificates, and licenses as may be required by the State of Illinois, and shall comply with all Federal, State and local laws, ordinances, or rules and regulations relating to the performance of the work. Costs associated with this work shall be included in the Lump Sum and Unit Price amounts for various items of work contained in the Bid Schedule of the Bid.
