Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Rock River, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Provide Certified Track Builder Services including design in accordance with Wyoming High School Activities Association, Wyoming School Facilities Commission Design Standards for Outdoor Athletic Facilities (revised April 2016) for 1A 2A Schools, and National Federation of State High School Associations. The new track and runway surfaces shall be a polyurethane impermeable textured surface over an asphalt base. The landing sector for shot put shall be pea gravel and for discus shall be turf. Facility components should be located as existing unless relocation is recommended. All documents requiring a PE stamp must be stamped by a Wyoming Registered Professional Engineer. Tasks include reviewing available existing drawings and documents for the facilities, performing a visual investigation to determine the 'as constructed' condition, conducting necessary field investigations to support design and construction, producing drawings and technical specifications for construction, facilitating owner review of these documents, providing 100% contract documents for construction, complete installation of the designed facilities, listing warranties for facility system components, and providing maintenance recommendation requirements for the installed system. Provide a complete cost proposal for the complete project.
