Bids shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total base bid. Selected bidder shall supply a performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total base bid. On Z Road, beginning near Hwy 30 and proceeding west approx. 2.5 miles. Furnishing necessary equipment, labor, materials and incidentals to complete work as per drawings and specifications. 3rd Road / 120th Ave: Project includes traffic control, cold milling, furnishing and placing approximately 8,300 tons of Asphaltic Concrete, Type SLX. Z Road: Project includes traffic control, transverse joint repair, cold milling, furnishing and placing approximately 1,780 tons of Asphaltic Concrete, Type SLX. Alternate to Armor Coat. A pre-Bid conference is not scheduled. Question Deadline 12/02/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
